Meet the Trainers and Graduates of NSG
Behind our trainings stands a diverse and dedicated group of professionals. Each trainer and graduate brings their own background, experience, and perspective to the Gestalt field. Here, you can get to know them and learn more about their work.
Trainers of NSG
Marten Bos
I provide training for a variety of Gestalt institutes in the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Finland, Poland, Nepal, and Armenia, mainly in supervision and topics related to diversity and intersectionality.
Throughout my life, I have developed a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I have written several chapters and articles related to Gestalt and (sexuality and gender) diversity, as well as a book: Coaching and Diversity. I also developed a methodology called “The Power of Differences”.
My professional career started as a social worker with young people, individuals with mental and physical challenges, and people with addiction, including work in a juvenile prison and as a senior trainer for the Dutch refugee organisation. I have been working as a freelance trainer and coach since 1999, both in profit and non-profit organisations, in education, and in local government. I provide training and supervision for general practitioners, trainers, and supervisors. In my Gestalt therapy practice, I have worked with a wide range of clients on themes such as trauma, anxiety, and gender- and sexuality-related topics. I retired in 2022, but remain quite active.
I am registered with EAGT, NVAGT, and LVSC.
Working as a volunteer has brought me a lot, including involvement with (self-)organisations of Moroccan immigrants, Dutch LGBT organisations, and neighbourhood communities. Currently, I am the president of the national organisation LVSC for Supervision, Coaching, and Practitioners in Organisations.

Silvia Giani
I am an Italian psychologist and psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and community wellness projects. I started training at NSG around two years ago and immediately felt it was a very good place for me to be. I value the combination of embracing diversity and inclusivity, together with a strong respect for the principles and epistemology of the Gestalt approach.
Training with NSG adds value to my profession, encourages me to maintain an intercultural perspective, and helps me not to take anything for granted.
In my practice in Florence, I also work with many expats and teach at the Gestalt Institute of Florence and an American university. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, which helps me stay grounded.
Graduates of NSG
Mili Marjanovic
Hi, my name is Mili. I am an existential therapist and, for a few months now, also a Gestalt therapist (woohoo!). My practice is based in Amsterdam Noord.
In addition to what my website (https://www.lifexplorations.com) hopefully already explains, I enjoy hosting creative workshops with inspiring colleagues, as well as writing—these days mostly when my toddler naps.
I am also one of the volunteers (happily!) working on organising the next NVAGT conference in 2027. I look forward to meeting you there or elsewhere. It is an honour to be part of this community.
Adina Ciocoiu
My name is Adina Ciocoiu [en: tʃoˈkoʃju]. Since 2023, I have been offering Gestalt therapy, counselling, and coaching sessions, as well as facilitating workshops and offering Reiki treatments.
I am based in the Netherlands, working in The Hague and Velp (Gelderland) with individuals, couples, groups, students, teams, and entrepreneurs. I grew up in Romania and have lived, travelled, and studied abroad before settling in the Netherlands in 2014. Aware of the different feelings these two countries evoke in me, I consider them both home. I enjoy being in nature, hiking, dancing, and expressing myself creatively through poetry and drawing.
Professionally, I first specialised in libraries, cultural heritage, and digital collaboration, where I witnessed firsthand how human creativity fosters social cohesion and cultural awareness. Over time, my curiosity expanded towards the many layers of collaboration and human relationships, and their impact on individuals and society. This led me to pursue a second professional path in Gestalt therapy, counselling, and coaching.
Rooted in the Gestalt principle that “the whole is more than the sum of its parts”, my work focuses on bringing awareness to relational dynamics and enhancing their positive influence on the broader environment.
Through my training and lived experience, I support individuals facing emotional challenges such as difficulties in relationships, burnout, anxiety, depression, expat or immigrant experiences, chronic pain, medical trauma, and neurodivergence. My practice offers trauma-informed and neuro-affirmative support, grounded in embodied relational awareness and inclusive dialogue in the present moment.
Sessions are offered in person in The Hague and Velp (near Arnhem), or online, in English, Romanian, and Dutch.
